Terms and conditions of sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale to the end consumer (hereinafter the “Customer”) on the website www.morealroma.it (hereinafter the “Website”) of clothing (hereinafter the “Products”)
Consequently, ordering a Product for sale on the www.morealroma.it website (hereinafter the “Website”) implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by the Customer, who declares to have read them before placing the order.

The products offered for sale on the website constitute the offer of Moreal Roma. The photos of the Products shown on the website are not contractual, but an example model. Despite the above, Moreal Roma agrees to ensure that the photos of the products on the website faithfully reproduce the products that are offered and do not give rise to any ambiguity regarding size, weight or quality.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the end consumer (the “Customer”) means any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity performed.
The prices of each item are always INCLUSIVE of VAT.
Should there be changes to the VAT rates and other indirect taxes, the corresponding price increases or decreases will be applied. Transport costs, as a flat-rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary VAT.
The prices indicated in the catalogue are those that the Customer must specifically pay, only with the addition of a fixed fee, if necessary, for shipping costs, indicated directly in the order form and, if required, the right to pay cash on delivery for any order and at any destination in Italy.
Warning !!! All products (shirts, ties, bow ties) personalized with monograms or with the choice of components other than those ready for delivery can NOT be returned or contested.
TO ORDER AND CONCLUDE THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Starting from the moment when the Customer confirms his/her order by clicking on the “BUY NOW” icon, he/she agrees to be aware of the contents of the terms and conditions of sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities, and terms and conditions of shipping of the purchased Products.
The sale is final at the time of the aforementioned confirmation of the order by the customer, taking into account the option for the customer to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, according to the methods illustrated below. All orders are subject to acceptance by Moreal Roma, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with any order in the event that:
- the data provided by the Customer when completing the order form is incomplete or incorrect.;
- the Customer cannot be qualified as the end consumer or does not meet the requirements to fulfil the payment terms and conditions.;
- the ordered Products are not available. To this regard, Moreal Roma agrees to report the new availability, if the destination of the requested Products is located outside the Italian territory.
In the aforementioned cases, Morela Roma will inform the Customer by e-mail that the order has not been accepted (in whole or in part), specifying the reasons and, therefore, that the contract is not concluded.

ATTENTION: the delivery carrier reserves the right not to accept payment by cheque. The Customer must prepare the right amount in cash. The delivery carrier does not provide change.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will start once the credit has been credited or to the shipment by mail by the customer of the accountant referred to the order.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
During the order, the Customer defines the method and the shipping address where the goods will be delivered. Orders confirmed by 12:00 on each working day are normally processed by the following working day, in order to prepare the shipment of the ordered products. By way of example, starting from the receipt of the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the order, the average delivery time is estimated at 2-3 working days for continental Italy, and 3-6 days for the islands. An e-mail sent directly by the delivery carrier provides the Customer with the website address, where he/she can access and view the updated information, in real time, on the position of the package and the “tracking” of the shipment.
GROUNDS FOR WITHDRAWAL?
Accepted subject to inspection, otherwise nothing can be returned in case of faulty manufacture.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
With regard to all the formalities relating to the collection and processing of the Customer’s personal data and the related purposes, reference is made to the specific Privacy information contained on the Website.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70, of 9 April 2003, on certain aspects concerning e-commerce. For any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the territorial jurisdiction is the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
Pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in the event of a dispute, they can file a complaint via the European Union’s ODR platform, which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform is an access point for all European citizens who wish to settle disputes out of court that arise from online sales or service contracts. To this regard, we inform you that the e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org According to Art. 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the customer can make use of an extra-judicial complaint and appeal service to which the operator is subject. The Procedure may be initiated if the consumer if, after having lodged a complaint with the company, within thirty days, the latter has not received a reply or has received a reply he/she does not consider to be satisfactory. In case of a dispute between Moreal Roma and our customer, we guarantee our participation in an attempt to resolve the matter by the competent court.
