These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases on the site www.morealroma.it and are binding for both parties.

Definition of Customer
A Customer is considered to be any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial, or artisanal activity.
Prices and Fees
- Product prices always include VAT.

Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

Moreal Roma reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:
- incomplete or incorrect data;
- Customer not qualifying as a final consumer;
- product unavailability.
In these cases, the Customer will be notified via email and the order will not be processed.
The terms of sale are governed by Italian law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer.
