Processing and Shipping Times
At Moreal, we are committed to ensuring a fast, secure, and transparent order fulfillment process, so that every customer receives their purchases as quickly as possible and with the utmost care.
Order Processing
Orders placed on our website are processed by our warehouse starting from the next business day after the purchase confirmation. Specifically:
- Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM are normally processed starting from the following business day.
- Orders received after 12:00 p.m., or during weekends/public holidays, are processed on the first available business day.
This system allows us to optimize preparation times and guarantee the customer an efficient service.
Average Delivery Times
From the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email, the average delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Italy: 3–4 business days
- Islands: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–10 business days
These are indicative timings, which may vary due to unforeseen logistical issues, weather conditions, or periods of high traffic (e.g., sales, Christmas holidays).
If the size is unavailable, we will make the shirt for you
If a specific size is not immediately available in stock at the time of ordering, Moreal Roma nevertheless guarantees the production of the product.
This artisanal process requires slightly longer production times compared to the standard shipment of ready-to-wear items. Specifically, the creation of the shirt may take a few additional business days, allowing our tailoring workshops the time needed to craft the garment with the care and attention that distinguish the Moreal Roma brand.
The customer will be informed by email about the estimated production and shipping times, ensuring full transparency regarding the order status.
Shipment Tracking
After the order has been collected by the courier, the carrier will assign a shipment number (tracking code) and the goods will be dispatched.
Using the tracking code sent by email, the customer can monitor the progress of the delivery in real time.
Shipping Costs
- Italy: €10.00 with GLS – €15.00 with DHL (VAT included)
- Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly indicated on the website or during checkout.
Abroad Shipping
Indicative delivery times for international orders are 7 to 10 business days, starting from the day following receipt of payment. Upon receiving the goods, the purchaser is required to check that the package is intact and that the number of parcels corresponds to those indicated on the invoice and shipping documents.
Using the tracking code sent by email, the customer can monitor the progress of the delivery in real time.
Any disputes relating to delivery must be raised immediately with the carrier.
Where applicable, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
