Returns
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. To initiate the return process for ready-to-ship products, items must have their tags still attached, be intact, complete with all components, and show no signs of use. The original packaging should be used for shipping (unless it is damaged and unusable).
To proceed, send an email requesting the return to info@morealroma.it, specifying your order number, and wait for the return to be authorized. Include the return authorization received by email inside the package. Upon receipt of the merchandise, the warehouse will verify that the items meet the return requirements. A replacement will be issued if the item is defective or does not match the website photos, or a refund will be processed ONLY if the item is no longer available in the warehouse. In such cases, the issuance of a voucher valid for future use (within 6 months) may be considered.
The fixed contribution for shipping costs is €10.00 with GLS and €15.00 with DHL (VAT included).
Moreal Roma products — ties, bow ties, cravats, suspenders, pocket squares, personalized vests, and shirts in standard size, Made-to-Measure Conformato, and Made-to-Measure Elaborato — are individually crafted for each customer based on the details provided at the time of order and therefore CANNOT be returned. Moreal Roma ensures that every product is meticulously crafted and free of defects; however, in the rare event that an item presents a manufacturing defect, Moreal Roma guarantees that the issue will be addressed and resolved.
SHIPPING
Delivery will be made to the billing address or any other address specified at the time of ordering.
The fixed shipping fee is €10.00 with GLS and €15.00 with DHL (VAT included).
After the order has been collected by the courier, the carrier will assign a shipment number (tracking code) and the goods will be dispatched.
With the tracking code, the customer can monitor the progress of the delivery in real time.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7 to 10 working days, starting from the day after payment is received. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to check that the package is intact and that the number of parcels matches those indicated on the invoice and shipping documents.
Any issues regarding delivery must be reported immediately to the carrier.
