Customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer the possibility to withdraw from the purchase within the time limits established by current regulations, except in cases where the nature of the product does not allow it.
General Conditions of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalties and without having to provide any reason within 15 days from receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to:
- Send a return request to info@morealroma.it, indicating the order number.
- Wait for the return authorization, which will be sent by email.
- Place the received authorization inside the package and return the product.
Returned Product Requirements
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- have the original tag still attached;
- be intact, unused, and free from any signs of wear;
- be returned in its original packaging (if not damaged).
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, such as:
- shirts with monograms or customer-requested alterations;
- customized ties, bow ties, pocket squares, suspenders, or vests;
- made-to-measure or tailored shirts.
These items are made specifically for the Customer and, therefore, are not eligible for return.
Refund method
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, such as:
- to the replacement of the product, if it is defective or non-compliant;
- refund of the amount paid, if the item is no longer available;
